Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yubnal AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use Yubnal AI, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Yubnal AI to:

  • Generate content that promotes violence, hate, discrimination, or illegal activity
  • Upload images of individuals without their lawful consent
  • Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
  • Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Platform
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the service

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Free Plan: Limited to 3 thumbnail generations per month with basic features
  • Pro Plan: 50 generations per month, all premium styles, face swap (coming soon), editor, and priority processing
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store payment card information
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion for billing errors or service outages
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all thumbnails, images, and content you generate using Yubnal AI. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated content. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Service Level

  • We strive for 99.9% platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, delays, or errors
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice
  • In case of emergency maintenance, we will restore service as quickly as possible
  • Generation times may vary based on AI model load and complexity

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yubnal AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page
  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately
  • You may request a data export within 30 days of account termination
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
